Who actually builds the website?
Ken builds it through Counter Agency and works with you directly. You are not passed to an anonymous production team after making an enquiry.
What do I need to provide?
Start with the basics: what the business does, where you operate, your contact details, and any logo, colours, photos or social profiles you already have. If something is missing, we can work through it.
What if I do not have a logo or good photos?
That does not stop us starting. Tell me what you have and what kind of style you want. I will design around the strongest real material available rather than making you create a full brand package first.
Will the website work on mobile?
Yes. The website is built responsively so it works across normal desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Can the website have an enquiry form?
Yes, when an enquiry form supports the customer journey it can be included as part of the website build.
What if I need something more complicated?
